Valley, California in 1991. 6 living First Ladies were present at the dedication: Barbara Bush, Nancy Reagan, Rosalynn Carter, Betty Ford, Pat Nixon. Lady Bird Johnson. 1 former First Lady was still alive in 1991 but was not present for the dedication. Let's see how good you are in history. Do you know which Lady is missing?
