Suspected to be a kidnapper, stripped almost naked in Lagos

According to a Facebook user, Ojagbule Samuel, this suspected female kidnapper was apprehended at the Dopemu area of Lagos state, March 15th. She was caught while allegedly trying to kidnap a child.
